Refunds:
We guarantee that all our merchandises are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the brands worldwide or authorised distributors. Since all the goods will be sold to our most precious babies and mommies, we only replace items that are defective or damaged. The captioned goods must be unused, in original packing and with tags if applicable. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. You can choose to exchange for an identical item or collect M CLUB tokens as of the equivalent value.
All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any Reward Points (M Club Token) collected during that purchase from the returned item(s) will be removed accordingly.The final decision regarding the exchange and return policy are all decided by Mommylicious CLUB.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
